Minor scratches and dents are visible but the device is still 100% fully functional. This is our best value device. Grade B-: This device shows significant signs of previous usage. There will be noticeable scratches, dings and scuffs. However, there are no cracks on the screen and there is no casing separation or bending. Screen Shadow: The screen shows a faint to moderate shadow. The image does not affect functionality of the device. You will see the shadow image on a white background, but not on colored backgrounds. Slight Separation: There is a very slight separation along the housing seam. This separation is less than 1 millimeter and has no affect on functionality. In most cases you won't even notice the separation. This is a great value for a fully functional device! Pixel Spots: There are missing pixels that do not display colors on the screen. Minor spots are tiny (less than 1/8 of an inch) and typically occur in the extreme corners of the screen.
